Dan, our on-site project manager, has been in the basement work industry for over twenty years. He started his career as an apprentice, working alongside Pat on commercial projects during weekdays and basements on weekends. Eventually, he became a carpenter's foreman, sub-contractor, and management. With his expertise and dedication, he specializes in turning initial concepts and designs into reality while maximizing design efficiency, practicality, and function. He works closely with customers, designers, and workers to ensure their basement visions are brought to fruition while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints. Aside from his passion for basement work, he is also a proud father of two amazing daughters. He enjoys spending time with them on trips and outdoor adventures. Plus, he is a diehard Mets fan; you can often catch him rooting for his favorite team during baseball season.
